Joe Graham

House Operations Manager
He/Him/His

Joseph "JoeG" Graham joined the Housing & Residential Services (HRS) team in July 1997.  A lifelong New England resident, JoeG has been a Dormitory Operations Manager for close to three decades.  As a Massachusetts State CADAC (Certified Alcohol/Drug Abuse Counselor) prior to his time at MIT, JoeG worked for the Department of Public Health in Tewksbury as a Substance Abuse Counselor and Case Manager assisting individuals struggling with addiction.

As a former station manager and on-air talk show host at WMBR 88.1 in Cambridge, there is nothing JoeG enjoys more than meeting new people and hearing their unique stories.  When not on MIT's campus, JoeG can be found somewhere in the country riding a roller coaster, reading a history book, hanging at home in the kitchen cooking something new for his family, or heading to the mountains of New Hampshire.

House Operations Managers (HOMs) are assigned to each residence and are full-time staff members responsible for the operations and facilities of a residence. HOMs supervise building operations including the front desk, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
