While each building has its own facilities and laundry room locations, all laundry machines use the CSC ServiceWorks Go app (available for iOS and Android) to track availability, pay for laundry, and check the status of your laundry cycle. CSC provides tips and training materials to help you familiarize yourself with their machines (like leaving the door open after wash cycles to avoid musty smells!). The CSC ServiceWorks system accepts payment via credit/debit cards or TechCASH. CSC ServiceWorks manages laundry machines within the building, so please scan the barcode and report any broken machines to CSC directly. If you do want to install the mobile app, pay for laundry at the machine by texting "PAY" and the machine number you want to use to 1-855-792-1144 or calling the number directly.
