Housing & Residential Services establishes process dates in coordination with the academic calendar, but we also understand that individual plans can complicate things. With enough notice (and by completing the right form!), we can build some flexibility in.

MIT’s campus continues to be a vibrant living and learning environment during the summer months. After completing the summer housing application in the housing portal, you will be entered into a lottery to determine your placement.
