Your undergraduate housing contract is for the entire academic year, and per-term pricing can also be found on individual residence pages. Housing costs are paid through your MITPay account and listed in your billing statement.
Billing Rates and Residence Tiers
Your term-based bill is determined by your room type and building tier. Your fall term payment covers September through the Independent Activities Period (IAP). Your spring term charge covers the start of the spring term through spring move-out.
